IncluDE UTokyo Kick-off Symposium: Event Report（2）Networking and Poster Exhibition

The IncluDE Kick-off Symposium, “Creating DEI Together,” continued in the afternoon with a Networking and Poster Exhibition session, providing time for panelists and participants to interact and exchange ideas.

The Poster Exhibition was divided into two areas:

・Activity Reports Area: Showcasing reports from the Office for Disability Equity and the Office for Gender Equity (both part of the DEI Implementation Division).
・DEI Awareness Poster Exhibition Area: Displaying posters submitted to a newly launched contest organized by the Office for DEI Coproduction Strategies to raise awareness of DEI.

In the DEI Awareness Poster Area, the submitted posters were displayed along with their Japanese and English summaries. Messages of support were also collected from participants for each poster.
