【Overview】
As part of the “UTokyo Gender Collaborative Reform #WeChange” , the University of Tokyo has been implementing the “Women Faculty Executive Training Course” on a trial basis to support the career development of female researchers. Continuing from last year, a networking event was held this year for female faculty members who are candidates for executive positions.
The roundtable discussion held at the beginning of the event (Exective Vice President Kaori HAYASHI, Professor Hatsumi MORI of the Institute for Solid State Physics, Professor Keiko HONGO of the Historiographical Institute, and (moderator) Keitaro TANOI, Director of the Office for Gender Equity) is open to the public.
