This webinar is jointly hosted by GISTeR and the UTokyo Center for Coproduction of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IncluDE).
In this webinar, we aim to explore the meaning and importance of the coproduction of artificial intelligence from the perspective of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Rather than viewing AI as something designed solely by a small group of technical experts, the discussion will focus on how researchers, users, and diverse members of society can collectively engage in shaping and developing AI.
Bringing together scholars from Korea and Japan, the webinar will examine key intersections among artificial intelligence, Gendered Innovations, and Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI). The discussion will consider how technology can better reflect social contexts and diverse lived experiences, as well as what approaches are necessary to advance more inclusive and responsible AI.
We warmly invite all those interested in the future of inclusive and responsible artificial intelligence to join this discussion.
Thank you, and we look forward to your participation.
