Overview
From the standpoint of the Chair of the Cabinet Office Disability Policy Committee, this workshop will review the 2022 Concluding Observations issued by the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in response to Japan’s first report. We will share the key issues Japan faces regarding disability inclusion and discuss the role researchers should play in addressing these challenges.
