The 26th IncluDE Lunch Seminar was held on December 17, 2025.
The 26th session featured presentations by TERADA Ayumi, NAKANO Madoka, KIM Jihye. The presentation materials are available in the archive.
In this lunch seminar,we exchanged information on gender-equitable exhibitions and practices at university museums and reported on the collaborative research project concerning volunteer activity programs for absentee students.
After the two presentations, we shared information on strategies for incorporating messages of gender equity into museum exhibitions. Additionally, based on the research report, we discussed the impact on individuals of shifting from being “the ones who are helped or worried about” to “the ones who help others through their own abilities” (inclusive volunteering), as well as the importance of focusing not only on volunteers themselves but also on the pre- and pro-activities.

※The IncluDE Lunch Seminars, organized by the Office for DEI Coproduction Strategies, have been held about twice a month since the establishment of IncluDE in April 2024. These seminars provide an opportunity for concurrent faculty and full-time members of IncluDE research divisions to share their cutting-edge research in DEI-related areas.
The seminars aim to generate new insights for both practice and research by bringing together faculty members who are researching various minority issues, including not only barrier-free and gender/sexuality issues but also nationality, ethnicity, religion, language, and others, fostering a frank exchange of opinions.
