On Oct 18th 2025, as part of the 2025 UTokyo Homecoming Day program, a panel discussion titled “Solving Social Issues and Women’s Careers” was held, hosted by UTokyo Mama-mon and co-hosted by IncluDE.
The panel featured Madoka Nakano, Associate Professor and Deputy Director, Office for DEI Coproduction Strategies, IncluDE, along with Marie Oshioka and Eri Tamagawa, both UTokyo alumnae who are currently engaged in tackling social challenges through their professional work. Moderated by Nakano, the discussion explored each speaker’s career path—how they arrived at their current roles, how life events intersected with their professional journeys, and how they look back on their careers so far.
