The 5th IncluDE Lunch Seminar was held on September 24, 2024.
The 5th session featured three presentations by OKI Sayaka, ONO Hitomi, KONDO Takeo. The presentation materials are available in the archive.
In this seminar, we exchanged information about diversity and intersectionality among minorities and various initiatives related to inclusive education. After the presentations, participants engaged in a discussion on the need for research methods that connect various disciplines and gender sexuality, and on the importance of the concept of support tailored to individual needs.

※The IncluDE Lunch Seminars, organized by the Office for DEI Coproduction Strategies, have been held about twice a month since the establishment of IncluDE in April 2024. These seminars provide an opportunity for concurrent faculty and full-time members of IncluDE research divisions to share their cutting-edge research in DEI-related areas.
The seminars aim to generate new insights for both practice and research by bringing together faculty members who are researching various minority issues, including not only barrier-free and gender/sexuality issues but also nationality, ethnicity, religion, language, and others, fostering a frank exchange of opinions.
